As the interface design and training lead, my participation was integrated throughout the entire process, from the initial RFP to post-implementation stabilization. Learning Program Designer Responsibilities: Design the UltaLearn logo. Conduct extensive needs analysis to determine the necessary features that optimize learner experiences for all functions and levels of the organization. Design the LMS interface. Design the system default images. Design and implement user guides for various audience groups and pertinent features. Develop a preview video to be featured on the company intranet before the launch.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Inclusion in Action is an important pillar of Ulta Beauty’s DEI commitments. The quarterly DEI program is mandatory for all 55,000+ associates and a significant investment by the company, as payroll is funded for all non-exempt associates in our stores and distribution centers to complete the 1-hour e-learning course. The program continues to cover critical and relevant topics related to DEI and embracing differences, including one quarter each year dedicated to a variation of unconscious bias training. Each e-learning course includes foundational training about a topic, followed by a behavior change reinforced by reflections, discussion questions, interactive activities, and scenarios. The evaluation survey is leveraged to continue a two-way dialogue to gather feedback and analyze the needs across the organization. Learning Program Designer Responsibilities: Partner with the DEI team for needs analysis and research. Create course scripts and storyboards for stakeholder and legal team reviews. Script real-life scenarios for the production company and participate in actor selection. Attend filming sessions at the production company to assist in direction. Develop the e-learning course and collect stakeholder feedback. Administrate the course in the LMS. Create and manage evaluation surveys attached to the courses to communicate summaries and key responses.</image:caption>
