I bring over 10 years of experience at a Fortune 500 organization, where I’ve grown alongside the evolution of L&D, from early foundational efforts to a more mature, multi-unit learning function. That experience has shaped my ability to build and scale learning programs while staying closely connected to business needs.

In my current role at Ulta Beauty, I lead end-to-end learning programs across the employee lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders across HR, operations, and IT to translate complex needs into practical, learner-centered solutions. My work spans program management, content development, system rollout support, and continuous iteration based on feedback and performance signals.

I’ve supported a wide range of initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, culture and talent development, compliance, product and process training, and system enablement, giving me the perspective to ramp quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.
